Ground floor

The gound floor features a spacious entrance hall with wooden mirror and elegant console. There is a comfortable lounge with sofas and armchairs, with patio doors leading onto a pool terrace and extensive gardens. There is a large family sized dining table (seating 8-10 people)

There is a fully equipped country kitchen with range cooker, island unit/breakfast bar, and it has direct access to the dining room, TV room and garden. The utility area with washing machine is just next door. The TV/breakfast room has a large, flat screen TV (with over 80 cable channels), sofa/chaise longe, armchairs and coffee table, with patio doors leading onto the pool area and exterior terraces.

Bedroom 1 is stylishly decorated with double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is bright and airy with twin beds, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room.

First floor

The master bedroom features a large double bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with his & hers vanity areas and hidromassage bath. The second master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, with patio doors leading onto an external terrace, with stunning views overlooking the pool and golf course.

The swimming pool measures 12m x 7m and is surrounded by lawns (pool heating is available at an extra cost of €1,000 per week). Cleaning service is provided 5 days/week (except weekends and bank holidays) and no animals or smoking is allowed.
