Villa Melhor: Prestige five bedroom self catering

Villa Melhor is a stunning 5 bedroom villa set in its own grounds and situated in a quiet corner of Quinta do Lago. The spacious entrance hall leads into the comfortable lounge which overlooks the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ideally placed next to the dining room for formal dining, but if you want to dine ‘alfresco’, there is a specially designed BBQ area with gas barbecue and seating for 10 persons.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one double and two with twin beds each. Upstairs, feel the luxury of the master suite, with a 2m x 2m bed, en-suite bathroom and separate dressing room. This bedroom has a terrace that overlooks the pool and extensive gardens. One further twin bedroom makes this an ideal self catering holiday home, with everything you need to make your family or golfing holiday special and memorable. Ground floor

The ground floor features an entrance hall with wide staircase leading to the master bedroom as well as patio doors leading to the lounge and dining room/kitchen. The spacious lounge is beautifully decorated with 3 large sofas, coffee table and Fogo Montana fireplace for those cold, winter days. The patio doors lead directly onto the pool area, which is furnished with cane furniture and teak dining table/chairs, the manicured garden has plenty of space for children to play safely.

A country-style fully-equipped kitchen has hob/oven/microwave and large American fridge/freezer. This leads into the separate dining room with vaulted ceiling and seating for 8 persons, from here you can easily access the pool area or the BBQ area, with large teak table and dining chairs for 10 people. A fully-equipped utility area with washing machine, etc. is on the ground floor, basement area.

Bedroom 1:– This sunny bedroom is perfectly placed for access to the pool area through patio doors. There is lots of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom, with washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2: This brightly decorated twin bedroom has patio doors leading onto the gardens, the en-suite bathroom is equipped with over-bath shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 3: This warmly decorated twin bedroom has patio doors leading onto the side of the villa, next to the BBQ area, the en-suite bathroom is equipped with over-bath shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a tastefully decorated guest toilet on the ground floor.

First floor

Master Bedroom: The height of opulence this huge bedroom has a king size bed, separate dressing area and all the wardrobe space you need, whether you are staying for 2 weeks or a month! The bedroom has two patio doors which open onto a private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The decadent bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, with ‘his and hers’ vanity unit, bidet and toilet. This is the ultimate in luxurious bedrooms.

Basement

There is a fully equipped utility area with washer, dryer, sinks, iron and ironing board, etc. Bedroom 5: 2 x single beds with plenty of storage space and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is a nice private space from the rest of the house and therefore ideal for someone who wants to ‘get away’ from the stresses and strains of a busy life!

The swimming pool measures 12m x 7m and is surrounded the patio area (pool heating is available at an extra cost of €1,000 per week). Cleaning service is provided 5 days/week (except weekends and bank holidays) and no animals or smoking is allowed.
