Ground floor

The ground floor features an entrance hall leading to lounge and dining room/kitchen. The lounge is tastefully decorated with leather sofas and an armchair, there is a fireplace for those cold, winter days. Patio doors lead directly onto a large terrace/BBQ area with cane furniture and teak dining table/chairs, the terrace has lovely views of the gardens and communal pool.

There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with hob/oven/microwave with direct access to the dining area, with seating for 8 persons. A fully-equipped utility area with washing machine, etc. is on the ground floor, basement area. The ground floor also has a well-decorated and comfortable twin bedroom with bedside cabinets and wardrobes. There is an ensuite shower area, with washbasin and toilet.

First floor

On the first floor is a stylishly decorated master bedroom with large double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with ‘his and hers’ vanity area. Patio doors open directly onto terrace. There is a bright and airy second bedroom with small double bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, which is located at the front of the house, with it’s own sun terrace.

Basement

The basement features a fully equipped utility area with washer, dryer, sinks, iron and ironing board, etc. A fourth bedroom provides two single beds with plenty of storage space and ensuite shower room. This bedroom is a nice private space from the rest of the house and therefore ideal for someone who wants to ‘get away’ from the stresses and strains of a busy life! It has its own terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

The communal swimming pool is surrounded by beautifully maintained, landscaped gardens. No animals or smoking is allowed.
