The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, all en suite. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with all you need to make it your home from home, including large American fridge freezer, breakfast island, microwave and large oven/hob.

There is a separate utility room for those that feel they still have to do the ‘chores’, but the main thing you can do here is switch off, relax and enjoy all that Villa Golfe has to offer! Ground floor

The ground floor features a bright and airy entrance hall with steps leading down to large spacious lounge with vaulted ceiling. There is a luxuriously appointed Lounge area with 3 large sofas and working fireplace as well as a large flat screen TV with games console to keep the family entertained! Patio doors lead directly onto the pool area and exterior terraces and well-maintained gardens, which are fully furnished with teak garden furniture.

In separate dining area there is a glass dining table (which seats up to 10 people) all decorated in a contemporary style. A fully-equipped modern kitchen features a hob/oven, island section, breakfast bar and it has direct access to the dining room on one side and BBQ/pool area on the other. A fully-equipped utility area with washing machine, etc. is on the ground basement area.

A master bedroom is stylishly decorated with large double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto terrace with steps to BBQ and pool area. Bedroom two is bright and airy with twin beds, built in wardrobes, en suite shower room and is located at the front of the house.

First floor

The swimming pool measures 12m x 7m and is surrounded by lawns (pool heating is available at an extra cost of €1,000 per week). Cleaning service is provided 5 days/week (except weekends and bank holidays) and no animals or smoking is allowed.
