Ground floor

The gound floor features a spacious entrance hall with wooden mirror and elegant console. There is a luxuriously appointed lounge area with large dining table (seating 8 people) with 2 sofas, armchairs and a working fireplace. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool area and exterior terraces, which are fully furnished with cane garden furniture.

There is a fully equipped country kitchen with range cooker, island section/breakfast bar, and it has direct access to the dining room, TV room and garden. There is also a utility area with washing machine just next door. Lastly on the ground floor, there is a TV/breakfast room, with a large, flat screen TV (with over 80 cable channels), sofa/chaise longe, armchairs and coffee table, with patio doors leading onto pool area and exterior terraces.

Bedroom 1 is stylishly decorated with double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto pool terrace. Bedroom 2 is bright and airy with twin beds, bedside cabinet between, built in wardrobes, ensuite shower room.

First floor

The master bedroom features a large double bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with his & hers vanity areas and hidromassage bath. The second master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, with patio doors leading out onto an external terrace with stunning views overlooking the pool and golf course.

The swimming pool measures 12m x 7m and is surrounded by lawns (pool heating is available at an extra cost of €1,000 per week). Cleaning service is provided 5 days/week (except weekends and bank holidays) and no animals or smoking is allowed.
