Reception is open during the following times:
Monday to Friday: Winter 09H00 to 13H00 / 14H00 to 18H00 Summer 09H00 to 18H00 Saturday: Winter 10H00 to 16H00 Summer 10H00 to 17H00 Sunday & Bank Holidays:
09H00 to 12H00
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
We will gladly arrange your airport transfer, and all activities and excursions during your stay.
TECHNICAL SERVICE - The technical team are available daily to help with any break-downs that may occur.
HOUSEKEEPING - Maid service is provided as follows, this includes bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and floors:
- LOW - once weekly, MID - twice weekly, HIGH - three times weekly and PEAK - 5 times, Monday to Friday, for all apartments. Please note that there is no maid service during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on Public Holidays.
GARDENS – There is a full gardening team on-site who take care of the gardens and surrounding areas, although no garden maintenance is carried out on Saturdays or Sundays.
